No Refund After Service Completion: Once your Engine Control Unit (ECU) has been flashed with a Custom Tunez performance tune, we are unable to offer a refund. Flashing your ECU is a permanent service that cannot be reversed.

Restocking Fee for Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your service appointment before the ECU flash has been performed, a restocking fee of $50 will be applied. This fee compensates for the allocation of resources scheduled for your appointment.

Vehicle Damage Disclaimer: Custom Tunez is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your vehicle as a result of the tuning process. We ensure that our tuning is done professionally and with care; however, all vehicle modifications involve some level of risk, and tuning should be monitored regularly to ensure vehicle safety.

Monitoring Your Tuning: We advise that all tuning be carefully monitored. Regular maintenance and monitoring are the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure ongoing optimal performance and vehicle health.

Offroad Use Only: Some tuning options offered by Custom Tunez are intended exclusively for offroad use. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their vehicle complies with all applicable laws and regulations for road use.

Emissions Compliance: Tampering with emissions controls and equipment is not a service provided by Custom Tunez. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles remain compliant with emissions standards. Custom Tunez will not be held responsible for any modifications made by the customer that affect the vehicle’s emissions.

Complimentary Tune Reviews: We offer free reviews of the tunes we provide when possible. If you have any concerns about your tune's performance, please contact us, and we will assess the tune to ensure it is functioning correctly.
